Chocolate Psyllium Mousse Cups


These amazing and nutritious Chocolate Psyllium Mousse cups are sure to be a crowd pleaser. Satisfy your sweet tooth and make your belly happy at the same time!


Recipe:

1 cup + 2 tablespoons Rootalive Coconut Milk

1/2 cup pitted soft dates

2 tablespoons Rootalive Cacao Powder

2 teaspoons Rootalive Psyllium Powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon Rootalive Ashwagandha Root Powder






Directions:


Blend the coconut milk and dates until smooth in a blender (it’s important to do this step first).

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Garnish with Rootalive Cacao Nibs, chopped nuts, and/or coconut whipped cream. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
