Gluten Free Mini Donuts

Gluten Free baking does not have to be boring!! These mini donuts are so fun and delicious - Created by our very own @lexyruns
INGREDIENTSâ €
2 cups gluten-free flour â €
1 1/2 cups of date sugarâ €
2 tsp baking powder â €
1 tsp Rootalive Ceylon Cinnamon Powderâ €
1/2 tsp saltâ €
1 eggâ €
1 1/3 oat milk â €
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)â €
2 tsp pure vanilla extract â €

GLAZEâ €
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter â €
1/2 cup date sugar â €
1/4 cup cream cheese â €
sprinkles of choice â €
blue matcha powderâ €
Rootalive Pitaya Power Smoothie Mix

DIRECTIONSâ €
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees & grease mini-donut pansâ €
Mix wet & dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combineâ €
Scoop batter into the baking pans until 3/4 fullâ €
Bake for 12 minutes (time varies on size of pan) or until toothpick comes out cleanâ €
Combine glaze ingredients, then split into three bowls.
Add blue matcha powder to one bowl, Rootalive pitaya power smoothie mix to the another bowl.
Leave one glaze plain to be dipped into sprinkles.after cooled, dip each donut into glaze â €
