Gluten Free Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbs. Rootalive Organic Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 tbs. warm water
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup Rootalive Cassava Flour
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tbs. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 3 tbs. ghee melted
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the psyllium husk and 1 tbs. of warm water. Set aside.
- Using a stand mixer in a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, cassava flour, basil, oregano, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Next, add in the psyllium husk. You will notice it will be in a ball and the texture should resemble playdough. Add in the warm water, ghee, apple cider vinegar and mix on high so the psyllium husk is well incorporated. Mix for a couple of minutes.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it onto the lined baking sheet. Using your hands, form a circle and smooth it out.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take the pizza out and add the desired toppings. Place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
