Gluten Free Pizza Crust


Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, this Grain-Free Pizza Crust Recipe will leave you drooling for another slice! Created by our very own @reclaimedhealthjayde


INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the psyllium husk and 1 tbs. of warm water. Set aside.
  • Using a stand mixer in a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, cassava flour, basil, oregano, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Next, add in the psyllium husk. You will notice it will be in a ball and the texture should resemble playdough. Add in the warm water, ghee, apple cider vinegar and mix on high so the psyllium husk is well incorporated. Mix for a couple of minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the bowl and place it onto the lined baking sheet. Using your hands, form a circle and smooth it out.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take the pizza out and add the desired toppings. Place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
